      Technically you can’t kill a virus as it is never alive but you can destroy it and change the shape of it so that it doesn’t work anymore. We use chemicals and drugs to do that. As soon as the virus can’t get into your bodies cells that means it can’t clone itself and make copies meaning that eventually your body will recover from the virus.
