      Hi Daisy 🙂
      I think my biggest problem is the one most scientists have where often you work on experiments really hard and for a very long time, but they just don’t work out or tell you that your initial idea was wrong and you have to start over again. That’s really frustrating and I had that happen to me during my PhD and now as a post doc as well.
      So the biggest challenge is probably to keep going even if you feel nothing works.. but then WHEN it works its like being on cloud 9 😉
