About Me:
I live in Dundee with my partner and cat. I’m a PhD student researcher who’s just about finishing up 9 years of university! I love plants, video games and coffee.

My Typical Day:
I wake up around 9am, have a quick shower and breakfast before getting into the lab at about 10am. I spend the day doing different experiments, with lunch and coffee thrown in wherever it fits. Most days I head home around about 6pm.
-
Education:
I went to school in a little village in Aberdeenshire before my family moved to Oman where I attended an international school from the age 11-18.
I then came back to Scotland to go to the University of St Andrews for a Masters in Biochemistry which was a 5 year long course!
I loved St Andrews and it had a great PhD project that I really liked the look of, so I applied and got to stay to do my PhD here!
